Mitchell Duckett and Terry Powell are the founding partners of the firm. Both men have extensive backgrounds in the business, including building, development, Real Estate sales, and marketing. Mr. Powell is also the owner of Village Antiques in Asheville. Mr. Duckett is the strategist, finding property for our developments, as well as the infrastructure of the properties. Mr. Powell is married. He and his wife live in Asheville. Mr. Duckett is married, and has 3 children, also based in Asheville. His wife, Amy, is the AR/AP representative for the company. Both men are active in the community, and enjoy sponsoring several youth league sports teams. |

Robert Chambliss Rob Chambliss is our Manager of Construction. He came to our company from Oak Ridge, NC, and has many years in the building industry, including sales and management. His presence on our team is a huge asset; we are glad to be associated with him! He's married and has two children. |

Brant Van Dyke Brant has been with our company for nearly eight years. He is experienced in all phases of the construction process, and has been assigned the responsibility of front end management, which includes getting the construction of the home started, literally from the ground up. He is the proud dad of three kids, and lives in Asheville. |
Daniel Reed Daniel has been with our company for over three years. He has extensive construction experience in all areas. Daniel and his wife have one child, and live in Fletcher. |
Bryan Peter Bryan Peter joined our team in the summer of 2007. From South Carolina, Bryan is single. We are glad to have his skills. He has become a vital link in our company.
